Around 6,000 Clare hurling supporters turned out to cheer on their side in the GOAL Charity Challenge event in Sixmilebridge last night.

Large crowds had gathered in the Bridge long before the start of the good-natured exhibition game between a Clare A and B selections, while Clare’s players and management stayed on long after the game was over to spend time with the county’s fans in the latest part of their All-Ireland celebrations.
