Over a thousand properties across Clare have exchanged hands this year, with sales totalling €176.3 million in 2018.
Figures compiled by MyHome.ie show that 1,027 property sales have taken place in the Banner County this year, with just two of those being seven-figure sums.

Ballyhannon Castle in Quin was the biggest one-off sale seen here over the past 12 months, with the medieval castle fetching some €1,175,000 when it sold in June.
