Management at an Ennis Hotel say there was no issue with hazardous substances following a flooding incident this morning.
Emergency services were alerted shortly before half past six, after a burst water main flooded a sub-basement area of the Leisure Centre at the Auburn Hotel.

Initial tests have been carried out on site and hotel management have confirmed that there was no presence of any chemicals.
Fire crews from Ennis and Shannon remain at the scene this lunchtime.
The Leisure Centre will remain closed for up to 48 hours, while the situation is being assessed.
