Ten Killed In France, Romania And Germany Following Storms

At least ten people have been killed in France, Romania and Germany as storms continue to sweep through Europe.

A state of natural disaster has been declared in France by President Francois Hollande as more rain is forecast for the weekend. 

Levels on the River Seine are the highest they've been in more than 30 years. 

Residents living in the vicinity have been evacuated – the Louvre museum is shut and some Metro lines have been affected.
