Ten Dead Following Severe Floods In France And Germany

Severe flooding across France and Germany has left at least ten people dead – with more torrential rain on the way.

Parts of the continent are experiencing their worst floods in a century. 

The French President Francois Hollande has declared a State Of Natural Disaster.

A state of emergency has also been declared in Bavaria in Germany, where three people died after being trapped in a house.
