Teachers May Sign New Pay Agreement If Entrant Salary Issue Resolved

Teachers may sign up for a new pay agreement if demands for pay parity for new entrants are met.

The ASTI is the only union not signed up for the Lansdowne Road Agreement.

At the WRC this afternoon, unions representing over 300,000 public sector workers have started negotiations on a new pay deal.
