Teachers may sign up for a new pay agreement if demands for pay parity for new entrants are met.
The ASTI is the only union not signed up for the Lansdowne Road Agreement.

At the WRC this afternoon, unions representing over 300,000 public sector workers have started negotiations on a new pay deal.
And ASTI President Ed Byrne says they could sign up to it under the right circumstances.
