The head of the Clare Garda Division is warning that there will be targeted Garda patrols this Halloween weekend to ensure people aren’t flouting level five restrictions.
Gardaí are continuing to target issues arising from the sale and use of illegal fireworks & associated anti-social behaviour as part of ‘Operation Tombola’.

A number of seizures have been made in this county in recent weeks.
Chief Superintendent Sean Colleran believes it will be a much quieter weekend for An Garda Síochána this year in terms of anti-social behaviour, but he says additional resources will be in place.
