The Taoiseach is to publish a performance-related report card on his Cabinet by the spring.
Enda Kenny is to meet all his Ministers early in the New Year – and warn them he expects targets from the Programme for Government to be achieved.

And he also stated that he wants action from members of his Cabinet, the Taoiseach’s warned he has "no time for whingers".
