The Taoiseach is to meet with Shannon-based Aer Lingus cabin crew staff this afternoon.
It’s understood Micheal Martin is to conduct a video call with four nominated members of staff at around 3.30pm today.

It’s in response to fresh concerns about the future of workers in the Midwest following the airline’s decision to permanently close its Shannon base.
A move to temporarily lay off Aer Lingus members in Cork was reversed over the weekend, in a deal which will see staff there kept on at 50 percent pay under the Wage Subsidy Scheme.
