The Taoiseach is attending high level talks in Brussels today aimed at securing a new 7 year budget for the Eurozone.

Tainaiste EamonGilmore will also be urging ministers to reach agreement on a new deal when he chairs the General Affairs Council as part of Ireland’s EU Presidency.
The budget is expected to be enforced from next year and will be in place until 2020
Tainaiste Emer Costello wants the ministers to ring-fence a certain portion of the EU budget to ensure funding the Youth Guarantee Scheme to tackle unemployment.
