Talks tomorrow to avert Airport Maintenance strike

Aer Lingus Union officials have warned that industrial action this summer is likely due to plans by the company to move its maintenance operations from Shannon to Dublin.

Staff are set to meet with representatives of Unite Siptu and TEEU tomorrow to discuss action they might take in the event of the airline deciding to exit the lease on the hanger at the Midwest airport.
