Gardaí are investigating a suspected fraud case following a vehicle fire in Ennis.
At around 1am last Wednesday, Gardaí on patrol came across a van on fire on Old Mill Road, with its owner standing beside it.

Following an investigation at the scene, Gardaí believe the van may have been deliberately set on fire and are investigating the incident as suspected fraud.
Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who was in the area at the time and has dashcam footage, is asked to contact Ennis Garda Station on 065 68 48 100.
