Survey Finds Over Half Of Students Are Skipping Meals

The Union of Students in Ireland says 58 per cent of students are skipping meals – because they can't afford food.

The group's calling for investment 140 million euro in its pre budget submission this morning.

The proposals include a minimum of 500 euro reduction in registration fees and 5 million euro investment in mental health counseling.
