It’s claimed that Clare is on track to experience a significant year of growth with regard to housing delivery.
It follows the publication of GeoDirectory’s latest Residential Buildings Report, which shows that 498 new addresses were registered in this county last year.

As it stands, the average price of a home here now stands at just over €250,000, while a further 442 residential units are currently under construction.
GeoDirectory CEO Dara Keogh has been telling Clare FM’s Daragh Dolan that he believes buyers in this county are facing into more favourable circumstances than most.
