Police have received more than 300 phone calls and 170 e-mails after the latest appeal about Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.

Officers say "specific lines of enquiry" have emerged from the response to last night’s programme.
A man, now the prime suspect, was seen carrying a blonde girl towards the beach on the night Madeleine went missing in Portugal in 2007. He was seen by an Irish family, amongst others.
