“Strong Action” On Vacancy Tipped To Improve Clare Housing Market

It’s claimed the fruits of strong action against residential vacancy will soon benefit Clare’s housing market.

GeoDirectory’s final quarterly report for 2024, shows the level of unoccupied homes in this county has halved in the space of three months to 5.2%.

While 641 new residential addresses were registered in Clare last year, an annual increase of 31%.

GeoDirectory CEO Dara Keogh has been telling Clare FM’s Daragh Dolan that Clare’s market appears to be stabilising.
