Status Yellow Wind And Rain Alert Issued For Clare

Wet and windy weather is set to return to Clare tomorrow.

Met Éireann has issued a status yellow weather alert for the banner, as well as 9 other counties.

Strong to gale force winds expected from 4am tomorrow morning, will be accompanied by heavy rain, which could lead to hazardous driving conditions and localised flooding.

The alert remains in place until 3 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.
