A status yellow rain alert will come into affect in Clare tomorrow.
Met Eireann is warning of heavy spells of rain from 6am on Tuesday morning as Storm ‘Babet’ is set to grip the nation.
The National Forecaster is advising the public of possible impacts such localised flooding ,poor visibility and difficult driving conditions.

The notice will remain in place until 6am on Wednesday morning, while a small craft warning will also be in place for all coasts until midnight on Thursday.
