State Of Emergency In Caribbean As Hurricane Irma Approaches

States of emergency have been declared on several Caribbean islands as Hurricane Irma heads towards them.

The powerful category four storm’s expected to hit Puerto Rico, the British and US Virgin Islands and parts of Florida.

Winds of 140 miles an hour have been recorded already.
