Brian Stack's family say he's owed justice by the Irish State.
He was fatally shot by the IRA while working as a prison officer in the 1980s.
Today his family will meet with the Taoiseach at Government Buildings to discuss the investigation into his death.
Sinn Féin leader Gerry Adams is believed to have information about the killing, but hasn't named the person responsible.
