Pat Spillane, the government’s Ambassador for Realising our Rural Potential, has hailed Clare’s new Rural Development Strategy.
The former Kerry football great was in Kilmaley yesterday for the launch of the ten-year strategy which targets the creation of 4,000 new jobs in the next decade.
The document has been hailed by local representatives, while it has also been suggested that the plan be rolled out in other areas too.
