South East Clare Publican Has Serious Concerns About Reopening For Unvaccinated Customers

A South East Clare publican says she has serious concerns about reopening her premises for unvaccinated customers next month.

Digital COVID certificates are currently in operation for those wishing to avail of indoor dining, but these requirements are set to be lifted on October 22nd.

There are fears among some publicans that they may be subject to legal action should they not allow unvaccinated patrons in after that date.
