A South East Clare Councillor isn’t confident the Transport Minister will fund works at Henchy’s Cross.
During his visit to Clare last week, Minister Eamon Ryan committed to re-examining a multi-million euro application from Clare County Council to carry-out visibility works at the site.

It follows the death of a man in 50’s following a road traffic collision in the Clooney area on Thursday.
Kilmurry-based Fianna Fáil Councillor, Alan O’Callaghan, is fearful the previous rejection of the works will result in funding not being made available.
