The 79 Galway woman was before Ennis District Court today for further charges in relation to protests at Shannon Airport and it’s believed she may be transferred to Mountjoy Prison due to her ongoing treatment for Bladder cancer and arthritis.

Ms’ D’Arcy is refusing to sign a bond to keep the peace and stay away from unauthorised zones in Shannon and publicity surrounding her case has grown since the wife of President Michael D Higgins paid her a personal visit on Sunday.
