Slowdown In Growth Of House Prices In Clare

There’s been a slowdown in house prices in Clare and across the country.

New research from the Real Estate Alliance and the Irish Independent shows the price of a three-bed semi in Clare has risen by just 2.8% between September and June, to €185,000.

The rise is in line with Dublin figures, while prices in Limerick and Galway have flatlined, as families are unable to afford further rises, with a lack of housing supply still an issue.
