Slight Drop In Overcrowding At UHL

There’s been another drop in overcrowding numbers at the region’s main hospital.

However, University Hospital Limerick remains the most overcrowded hospital in the country today, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation.

There are 49 patients waiting for a bed as of the morning at the Dooradoyle – that’s 19 more than the next busiest facility, Cork University Hospital.
