Slainte An Chlair Urge People To Pull Back Their Contacts

A prominent local cancer support group is urging people in this county to ‘pull back’ on their number of contacts in order to protect hospitals and patients.

Cancer services were severely curtailed during the first wave of the virus in March, with the HSE already warning that non-urgent hospital care will again be cut back from this week.

Slainte an Chláir volunteer Anne Murphy from Tulla, who is a survivor of ovarian cancer, says people here need to abide by the current restrictions over the coming period.
