Sixmilebridge has become the fastest growing town in Clare, according to the latest publication of census results.
The CSO has published details of the population of other towns and villages here.
There was also growth in Shannon, Quin, Miltown Malbay, Lissycasey, Killaloe, Ennistymon, Crusheen and Clonlara.
