A High Court action for damages against the state by the husband of murdered Sixmilebridge woman Sylvia Roche-Kelly will be heard today.

Widower Lorcan Roche-Kelly is suing the Garda Commissioner because his wife's killer, Jerry McGrath, was on bail at the time of her death in 2007.
