Shannon’s growing aviation sector has received a further boost with the news that a specialist aviation advisory firm is to set up a base there.
The Quebec-headquarted firm provides acquisition, re-marketing, advisory, capital raising services and portfolio servicing to airlines, lenders and investors

Over the past three years alone, Stratos has financed, placed and sourced $2billion worth of aircraft, and raised or traded over $700m in commercial aircraft-backed debt.
The move brings six employees to its new base in Rineanna House in the Shannon Free Zone.
