A Shannon retail unit has fetched more than three times it's reserve price at an auction in Dublin.

The former Chartbusters at Skycourt, Shannon, sold for 72,500 euro at yesterday's Allsop Space sale at the RDS – a guide price of 20 thousand euro had been set on the property.
Deals were also struck for the other Clare properties in yesterday's event.
A former B&B in Ballyvaughan sold for €150,000, while houses in Lisdoonvarna, Shannon and Mullagh were bought for 115-, 65- and 50,000 euro respectively.
The Angler's Rest B&B in Clonlara was sold for an undisclosed sum after the auction had finished.
