Six Clare projects are in line to receive a funding boost for water heritage events.
As part of National Heritage Week, which runs until this Sunday, over €30,000 has been made available nationwide under the Local Authority Waters Programme.

In Clare, Shannon Town Community Wetlands, Lisdoonvarna Town Team, Women’s Collective Ireland, Lough Atorick Catchment Management Association, Castleconnell River Association and Ground Up Artists Collective have been included.
In total, over €1,880 has been made available to local projects.
