SIPTU says it will resist cuts to premium pay and overtime for health service workers.

It follows reports that the health minister James Reilly is considering such cuts as a means of plugging a 200-million euro hole in the health service budget.
But trade union leaders say premium pay and overtime are covered under the Croke Park deal.
