A Sinn Féin MLA says the people who killed Kevin McGuigan are 'criminals' – not Republicans – and he doesn't believe the IRA was involved.

Alex Maskey's comments come after police in the North arrested a 10th person in connection with the 60-year-old's murder in Belfast last week.
The PSNI says it believes Provisional IRA members were involved in Mr McGuigan's killing – as part of the Action Against Drugs group.
Meanwhile, the DUP is set to hold talks with other parties about excluding Sinn Féin from the power-sharing executive.
