Sinn Fein accuse government of rushing Water Services Bill

Sinn Fein is accusing the government of guillotining the Water Services Bill.

It was passed in the Dail last week before being sent to the Seanad, where a 16 hour debate was adjourned at 3 a.m..

The upper house will resume debate on Monday at midday.
