Significant reductions in outpatient clinics will continue at University Hospital Limerick until the end of this week.
It follows a meeting of the the Hospital Crisis Management Team today.

A decision was taken to cancel outpatient appointments for the rest of the week, while the hospital-wide visiting restrictions will also remain in place.
It follows what hospital management have described as an unprecedented level of ED attendance, driven by a surge in patients with respiratory infections, including COVID-19, flu and RSV.
