The MidWest has again recorded one of the largest drops in the live register in the past twelve months.

The numbers signing on in Clare, Limerick and North Tipperary has fallen by over 900 in the past month, and is now 7.6% less than this time last year.
Nationally, a further fall in the number of people signing on was recorded this month – the seasonally adjusted total fell by 3,700 in October – to just under 410 thousand.
