A small East Clare community is in mourning after the sudden death of a young local girl.

Five-year-old Ciara Clancy of Dromindoora, near Caher was on holidays with her family in Wexford this week when she fell ill.
She was rushed to Wexford General Hospital and subsequently transferred to Temple Street Children’s Hospital where she passed away yesterday morning.
