Shannon was ahead of Cork as Ireland's second busest airport again last month.

The Irish Aviation Authority recorded an average of 75 commercial flights a day at Shannon in September, up from 58 last year.
The figure is 16 higher than in Cork, while at nearly 30% the rate of growth here is easily the highest in Ireland.
The Airport itself has reported a corresponding increase in passenger numbers, up 17% in September.
