A Shannon man has been elected president of a major European airline group.
Former Clare journalist Andrew Kelly will serve a four year term at the helm of the European Regions Airline Association.

The group represents 53 airlines, 124 aviation companies and 22 airports, including Shannon.
Andrew says his role will be about promoting airports like Shannon on a European level.
