The 21 million euro investment, by Shannon's Commercial Properties arm, is among the biggest developments here in recent years.
It will see the creation of 320,000 square foot of state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing, warehousing and office space, and it's hoped this will see major employers set up in the Free Zone.
