Shannon Group have been crowned Property Management Company of the year at the National Property Awards 2022.
The inaugural awards ceremony was celebrated in Dublin last night and saw Shannon Group shortlisted for two categories – Property Management Company of the Year and Developer of the Year, and were successful in the former.
The company beat out four other nominees to take home the title, with CEO Mary Considine saying the accolade is an acknowledgement of her team’s ‘tremendous work’ ‘after what has been a difficult year for the property industry’.
Since 2014, Shannon Group has invested almost €146 million across its campus, and has developed over 1 million sq ft of new or renovated property solutions for domestic and international companies.
