Shannon Gateway Projects has acquired a 20 acre site, which was previously earmaked for the construction of an innovation hub, for a large scale development.
No specific proposals have yet been confirmed, with any potential projects to be considered following engagement with local stakeholders.
Grafton Architects will lead the planning process, in conjunction with the most recent town masterplan.
