Shannon Commercial Properties says a number of projects are progressing, as part of its strategy to continue to attract new businesses into the Shannon Free Zone.
The company, which manages Shannon Group’s property portfolio, has announced that building work on a major development in the area has re-commenced, following the easing of restrictions in the construction sector.
Construction firm Conack Construction Ltd won the contract last August to build three distinctive signature buildings on the 12-acre site in the Shannon Free Zone.
