A Shannon business park has been given a €30 million loan from a UK lender to allow it to be refinanced.
Westpark Business Campus, which has tenants in the aviation, finance and IT sectors, has more than 200,000 sq ft of space.

In April, plans were lodged to add additional office space there, with its operators seeking permission for a state-of-thee-art five-storey office block.
According to the Irish Times, the €30 million debt facility has been provided by the UK-based PMM Real Estate Finance, marking the first time the lender has moved into the Irish market.
