Edward Horgan was acquitted of obstructing a member of the airport police at Ennis District Court yesterday.
Mr Horgan claims that CIA planes continue to use Shannon Airport to transport prisoners
He says that following yesterdays court result, he will continue to fight against the use of Shannon for alleged rendition flights
