A reserve price of 72,000 euro has been placed on the semi-detached bungalow on the Cloughleigh Road, which contains two-self contained residential units, each with three bedrooms.
Meanwhile, at least 30,000 euro is being sought for a two story building in Corofin, which includes a ground floor retail unit and upstairs apartment.
Also for sale in today’s Allsops auction is a Mountshannon house with lake views of Lough Derg-on a reserve of 125 thousand, a lot containing six apartments in Gort, as well as a Limerick City pub which has a guide price of 125,000 euro.
