Plans to increase the frequency of DART services has hit another blow.
Irish Rail had to postpone the project in recent weeks amid a row over pay with drivers.

The company now says workers are refusing to train in new drivers and has threatened legal action against the NBRU and SIPTU.
However the unions deny they're co-ordinating the staff.
