There’s a sense of pride and joy amongst students in a west Clare school after their documentary got national recognition at a recent film screening.
The project led by a transition year class in St.Joseph’s College in Kilkee, was awarded second place in The Right Focus 2025 awards held at Dublin’s Light House Cinema.

Titled ‘Do you think it’s fair?’ the movie shines a light on the global issue of child marriage and the need for change with over 150 million girls estimated to become child brides by 2030.
